I'm hoping someone can help! :)

I need to send an IPMO to China.
However, by US Postal regulations, for
some reason, I need to fill out forms, send
the payment to somewhere in Missouri and they
will convert the money into Chinese currency.

Is there any quicker or easier way to send
payment overseas instead of going thru that 
hassle?
