Looks nice, easily navigated. Although I like
the rollover effects, the opacity of the links
is so low that it makes it tough to read them.
Maybe you could beef up the opacity, just a bit.
Also, I really like the consistancy in design.
But I prefer the "lighter" version of the graphics
on a white background. Maybe you could extend that
to your index page as well? I like light colored
pages, but that's just my stoopid preference. The
cels are presented nicely. Quick download and 
good size thumbnails. Maybe you could add some
details about the cels. Ok, 'nuff of the 
suggestions. Looks nice, keep it up and look 
forward to checking it out again!
