Just wondering if Yahoo Japan Auctions are true 
Auctions.  Seems strange things in my opinion 
there.  Good cels that have no bids.
Cels with bids and then near the end of the 
auction
the bids are gone and the minimum bid is raised to
a high amount.  Is this normal?  

Just wondering, have not monitored their auctions 
before.  Maybe people are fishing for sales? 
Just listing their cels and only sell if a high 
amount is offered?
