Hey Optimus,
I don't know about the Nabiki Cels, shes hard to
find. But I just got back from Comic Con and I
saw a Chun-Li cel of her fighting Vega.  though
she wasn't in her Traditional outfit (that
nightgown outfit), it was a good pose.  Sorry if
I can't remember which booth it was.  I want to
saw Usagi's but then again, I wasn't paying much
attention.  The price was $170 (that I'm sure
of).  Contact me if you need too, I don't have
anymore information but at least I can tell you
what the cel looked like.  =)  hope that helps
