Try checking which coding the page is being 
viewed under. There are some pages that do not 
automatically view under the right encoding when 
you load the page. I have no problem viewing Take-
it-Easy's page using the "Japanese (Shift-JIS)" 
encoding. I don't know about other browsers, but 
the encoding can be changed under the "View" menu 
in Explorer.

If that doesn't work, let me know which cels 
you're looking at and I'll go check the prices 
for you. (I'm safe. . . There's nothing there I'm 
interested in. ^_~)
