for those who remember me...
I posted a message in APRIL concerning
about my cel I ordered at Mangaya which was not 
received...

I paid $150 for one of his cels and he told me he 
had shipped the cel.


well... it's AUGUST now...
that's almost 5 MONTHS... geez christ....


What kind of action (if any) can I take in this 
matter?
