Just got back from Otakon too.
It would have been nice if there were a few more 
dealers, but even so I was able to spend every 
cent I brought with me!
I can scratch off one of the cels from my wish 
list. From Tenchi- a pan cel/background of Nagi, 
Ken-Ohki & Ryo-Ohki! :)
I also picked up cels of:

Iczer (unknown as I haven't seen the series yet 
but love the character design)

I was pretty happy since I spent all the money I 
had planned on spending! More dealers would have 
been nice, but than I would have been paying off 
credit bills for the next century.

It was also nice to meet and talk to the folks 
who came to the cel exchange, maybe next time we 
won't get locked out of our room :)

On the whole, I thought Otakon was very good and 
look forward to it next year...
