I have a free page on angelfire- I wrote the code 
by hand, but they have a simple GUI which I 
imagine is like a limited frontpage.  You could 
either make the page with that, or if you have 
saved the frontpage creation as an html file, you 
can upload it to the angelfire server after 
logging in.
