Hi again, crackdog! While, I can't say that I've 
seen cels of the characters that you mentioned, I 
have seen a few minor characters. Judy of "Punch 
and Judy" has shown up a couple of times.. I've 
also seen the girl from ep. 21, "Boogie Woogie 
Feng Shui." Anime Shop Vega had some great Bebop 
cels back when I was just searching for a nice 
Spike cel, but of course, they've been since 
snatched up.

I myself would love to get a cel of Arisa (Jet's 
ex-girlfriend). Her character design is gorgeous! 
But I fear that chances are slim that I'll ever 
see one, well enough afford it. :( Ah, such is 
the life of a Bebop collector...
