Well, the initial response to my early query has 
been great, but I've enclosed a collage of images 
that show what I'm looking for.  If you have any 
such cel or a similar type of cel from the 
episode or sequence, then please let me 
know...I'd really appreciate it.

Aside from offering money, I have a number of DBZ 
cels that I can offer to trade including Vegeta 
and Mirai Trunks.
