I'm wondering if anyone here would be able to 
give me a show and character ID for this cel.
I know it's from one of the Iczer shows, but I'm 
not sure which one.
This is a series that I have been meaning to see, 
but just haven't yet. I love the character design 
and came across this cel at Otakon.
