I've wondered that.... but this is my theory ^_^: 
evilBay is 90% populated by two kinds of morons, 
people who actually MAKE A LIVING on auctions (not 
kidding), and people who SHOP ONLY AUCTIONS (like 
a friggin store!). And then there are the idiots 
who complain about sniping, but we'll not get into 
that. LOL. and in the end, BECAUSE of these idiots 
who don't visit our private for-sale (often very 
reasonable!) pages, I'll have to send some cels to 
evilBay anyway. grr!
