Well, I was just wondering if anyone else finds
it odd that there are so many sites on the ring
that exist, but don't belong on the ring.

I don't mean the normal "broken" links, but I have
visited a few sites that no longer have any cels
on them and look like they have been ignored for 
ages.  I went to one called "Hessel's Cels".

There isn't a cel on the page!!  Maybe the links
are just broken, but is there anyway to try to
clean up the ring?  I would volunteer to check 
some of the links if that will help...
