Hi Karen,

   I'm so sorry about your keyboard. Maybe I can

cheer you up and tell you about my del computer 

mishap. My first keyboard from Del broke and the 

Letter J wouldnt work I think. It was a long time 

ago. Anyway, it was a letter in my screenname, so 

that wasn't too helpful. So I called Del and it 

was a huge production to get the keyboard sent 

back and finally get the new one. So, I get the 

new one, and the Letter L goes on the one along 

with another letter too. So, i just gave up and 

bought a new keyboard at Staples for under $20 

and it works great. =)If this doesn't work out 

with Del for you, just go to Staples. Their

keyboards work =)
