It would seem unlikely to have computer drawn 
douga for the simple reason that the coloring 
process is done on a computer; that is, why would 
you create a computer-generated douga, PRINT IT, 
and then *re-scan* it in order to color it? ^_^ To 
check if it's in pencil, you might rub your finger 
across the lines (gah!).. Now, from what I 
understand, douga created for a digital anime will 
differ from traditional douga in a few points.
