Sometime in the dark distant past a thread was
born discussing cel repair and where to purchase
the proper paints that matches the type and color
used by the Japanese studios on anime cels. I did
have a link to the site that sold the supplies one
might need to undertake a minor repair job, but I
lost it. I also searched the forum archives but
could not find the thread.
