well honestly this is not completely on topic, 
since its mainly about translation and not just 
for cels.  I frequent various japanese art sites 
and the like, I need a GOOD online japanes to 
english translator. it would be usefull for yahoo 
japan as well. I've tried  teletranslator and e 
lingo, any other suggestions for good online 
translators?
