A little hard to paint a cel on graph paper...
I mean isn't it supposed to be on a plastic
sheet or something like that ?

It looks like a scan with a bad scanner or
even a scan from a laser copy. (People doesn't
all have good scanner). That's why the color
too... (look at his other auctions : whatever
he scanned has the same kind of pattern)

Now, I think that it says in the description
that it's a fan cel. (like the other ones
he is exhibiting)
