I wrote to Safe Harbor at ebay the first time he 
tried to auction the cel. They said that they could 
not determine who had what, so they would take no 
action. If someone paid for the cel and didn't 
receive it, then they would act.

Anyway, I just noticed that the auction has been 
removed. I don't know why. Perhaps s.s.future-
trunks gave up, or was worried that he wouldn't get 
away with it.
