1 month?!? my god.. that's pretty scary..
My guess is probably they need a few weeks to have your money order or bankwire cleared

International postal Money orders (the pink
ones in the States) takes 5 minutes to cash in Japan.
Wire bank funds are cleared the day its reaches your
acount. 3-5 days.
Note Japan has and still finished Golden Week and for a lot
of people most of the week was a hoilday. |
