Of course dealers have the right to cancel orders, just as buyers do. However, just because you have the right to do something doesn't mean that it is good business. If a buyer cancels an order, they usually lose the right to buy from that dealer again - and that dealer may tell others, so the buyer gets a bad reputation, and people will no longer sell to him/her. I feel that dealers should be held to the same standard - if they cancel orders they should get the same bad reputation as a buyer who cancels. Cancelling orders is simply bad business no matter if it is the buyer or the dealer. Az |
