Cels Forum

I have this great Miyazaki cel from one of the flying sequences in Porco Rosso that I've been making preparations to hang.  Anyway, on Porco's plane itself, there appear to be some bubbles of oil trapped between the cel and the paint.  Though not particularly distracting, I'm worried that the problem might get worse!  Is there any method any of you folks no of to get trapped oil bubbles to go away?
