URGENT!! Fraudulent Seller?? (Sat Oct 30 13:04:24 1999

Has anyone dealt with Suphakarn Sriratanaprapai before? I recently "bought" the cel of Sakura holding the small key of the seal that had been sold at Usagi's House. Since it was sold when I first saw it, I naturally assumed that this person had bought it. I wasn't too happy that someone had bought it just to resell it to me, but I really wanted it and paid for it anyway. However, she (I'm assuming it's a she) recently e-mailed me offering to sell me the Tomoyo movie cel from Hobby Shop K and the oversized cel of Kaho from Vega (the one at the very bottom of the CCS page). The only thing is, *I* bought that cel of Kaho! I have the confirmation e-mail and the money order receipt to prove it! I have enclosed the pics - the one on the left is the one she sent me and the one on the right is the one Vega has posted on their page. Since she showed me the pics she had saved from the Hobby Shop K and Usagi's House websites, I fear that she simply saved the pic and sent it to me. I've showed this to a couple of people and we all agree that these are the same cel. :< I've already threatened her with international mail fraud if I don't get my cel, but I paid in cash (no IPMO's in Thailand) and am not sure how strong an arguement I would have. However, I paid for EMS shipping so it should be trackable and insured. But, if she's trying to cheap me, there'd be nothing stopping her from sending it surface mail and pocketing the rest. ;_; If anyone has any comforting words, I'd love to hear them right now. Sorry for posting names and pics of a cel I don't have in my possession yet, but I had to get my point across. I sincerely hope I'm jumping to conclusions and everything will turn out fine, but a nagging voice keeps telling me that's not going to happen. xane |
