I noticed that auction, and I was curious as well.
A little check indicates that it doesn't exist on Animenation
(the first place I check just to verify merchandise, 
usually), but the description said it has "a little bit 
of wear," so this could be an early release that's now 
out-of-print. Unfortunately the copyright info is illegible
in the corner, but it certainly looks authentic, ne?

I don't remember the details, but didn't AIC once sell their 
pencils? It was only a few years ago that they decided not to
sell matching pencils? Verify?? Or have I been sniffing too
much cel paint again? So if the book was released before,
it's legit. 

(I must say, even cleaned douga look good!)
