Well, you know my experience firsthand.
The Majin Vegita with the volcanic background
took them over 8 weeks to ship. But they also
combined it with the second Majin Vegita I won
from the auction. Saved me an extra 15.00 for
shipping.

I purchased from them, and was very pleased with
what I got. I would order from them again, but the
prices seem to have gone up quite a bit recently.
I guess you have to determine how much you want the
cel whether its worth the wait.
