All I can say is that you can find cel of ushio and the girl 
but cels of tora are hard as hell .... I have the only tora 
cel I have ever seen.  I got mine from nichibei so you might 
want to try to e-mail them.

The only places I know that has ushio & tora cels in general
is Asylum Comic and Anime Taro(but cel were taken off, have
to e-mail I guess).
