I think it has something to do with slow speed of the site and
the way Yann wrote the code. I am guessing that at certain times
when Yann's program is checking to determine if there has been
any changes to your site, it has not been able to access your site 
within a limited amount of time due to the slow speed of the site.
This makes the program think the site is down or inaccessible
(whatever, I do not know how Yann set up his code for what to do 
when a site is non-responsive) and the site is removed from the list. 
When it then rechecks Parrallax site on its next update check, it 
does occassionally make it onto the site. Since the site did not exist
on its previously update check, it marks the site as being newly
updated. My guess on the situation.
