This is true, but if you call the listing for "House of
Anime" in the phone book (the stores are technically called
"House of Video Games" and subtitled "House of Anime") and
talk to John or one of his associates, I'm sure they can
come up with some sort of a compromise to view the cels.  
I've been a fan of the store and their business for many
years, and John is always very easy to work with.  =)

You may also want to check out their homepage (I think it's
houseofanime.com, but you may want to doublecheck on the
Guide links) since they do have many/most of their cels
posted.
