Stephen is wonderful to work with. I really like the way
Taro sends you the tracking numbers and stuff when they
mail your cels as well - it makes me feel more like they
really do value my bussiness since they pay attention to
my order. I like the way the cels are packed, and I've
always received quality cels from their site. (And the
disappearing-sold-cels method is a LOT less frustrating than
seeing something on another site with that "ON HOLD" sign
next to it... you feel like you missed out less... well,
until people come on here and tell you what you missed
[like short-haired Utena] and then you want to smack
the computer for a while...=))
Taro is definitely one of my favorite sites as well
(although there are a lot of super people out there...
the guys at Anime-cel.com are wonderful, and they're always
willing to help you out...)... argh, if I turn this into
a "why I like these dealers" message, people are bound to
tell me to shut up, so I'll stop now. =) (Although, for
the record, there are many other dealers whom I haven't
mentioned that are really nice, helpful people...)
