Today I stopped by the AIC Cel Art Exhibit that was being
held in the Gallery Arch in Shibuya, Tokyo. They had a lot
of the cels that are used for advertisements, magazine covers,
etc. Everything was framed, and was for sale, ranging from
approx. $5,400 US to $9,000 US. Very nice cels, but naturally
too expensive for me ^_^.
They had a lot of the ones from Vampire Princess Miyu
and Tenchi Muyo, plus some El-Hazard, Burn-Up W, one BGC 2040,
and some Pretty Sammy. I didn't see any of Achika though!
Admission was free, and they gave out free Tenchi Muyo
posters, plus today they had a free signing event with
Hiroyuki Kitazume.
