Nick, being someone who works at an ISP, all you have to do
is sign up for hosting services at a new ISP and tell them
you want to transfer your domain to them.  If the ISP you
sign up with is any good, you should get an email from Network
Solutions (internic) to your parrallax@niia.net email address.
This is the current email address that Network Solutions has
on file for you.  If it's not correct, let me know and I can
tell you what to do.  Anyway, once you get the mail, all you
have to do is acknowledge it as okay by putting a 'y' in the 
appropriate spot.  It will grind away for a few days and then
it should be hosted at the new place. Then you can tell icom
to get stuffed! :)
