As far as I know, the "bikini" cel is sold out in Japan.  
Anime Shop Commit doesn't have either type left.  There 
might be one store that has a few of the "uniform" type 
left, although they could be sold out now.  

I didn't realize they were handpainted-- originally I thought 
they were made by machine, since I couldn't see any colored 
ink lines.  They are very, very nice.

I've only seen a cel from the movie once (of Natsumi)-- in 
Mandarake in Nakano, but it was around $350 US.   A bit 
expensive-- probably authentic, but I'm not sure.
