I've found this cel an I really want to but it.  Unfourtinatly I'm new to the cel trade and do not know what to offer.  It is from the series Sailor Moon and is of Black Lady.  It's composed of a skech and a background.  The owner of the site asked for the party intrested to sudgest a price.  What do you think?  Please see the cel at:
