I want cels of the girl in the bat costume and the one 
in the top left of the picture below.

My problem with this one is that I have no idea where to
even start looking. What's the show called? What are the 
girl's names?

Any info, where to get cels, laserdiscs, fansubs, etc. will
be greatly appreciated! ^_^
