Tokyo Pop is the place to find Gokudokun - I have volume 1 and 3 so far and 2 is backordered, but that is where I got them. It's pretty funny too. The cels exist, I just haven't seen any online dealers selling them yet. I picked one up when I was in Japan a couple of months back. I'm wishing now that I'd picked up a few more. Sorry, I don't know a thing about the other show you mentioned.
