You mean TV series?  That character is Shiori.  She does
appear in the TV series.  The next paragraph has some light
TV spoilers.  The one following it has some light movie 
spoilers.  


Shiori appears in episodes 7, 13, 17, 28, 29, 33, 37, and 39.
I think that's all of them.  However, she only appears briefly
in episodes 13, 29, 33, 37, and 39.  (Perhaps 5 minutes at most
in 13 and 33... only for about one sequence in 29, 37, and 39.  She 
is Jury's 'friend' (with _extra_ emphasis on the quotes).


Shiori has a fairly big role in the movie (at least in my
opinion, definitely compared to the amount she appears in the
TV series.)  However, she only has 'wings' for one scene.
