Cels Forum

Has anyone seen cels of Miyazaki's Mimi o Sumaseba (Whispers of the Heart)?  It's one of my favorites,
but none of the online dealers seem to have it.  Is
there a reason behind this?
Also, are there any recommended stores in Japan (Tokyo 
area) that have cels from it or other Miyazaki films (Kiki's or Totoro)?  What about You're Under Arrest 
Movie cels?  I'm going to be visiting in a few weeks 
and just want some advice about stores I should try
to visit.
Any information would be appreciated.  Thanks!
