I've had similar problems with my post office.  Of course my
"post office" ships its mail to another city to be sorted,
since so few people live here. I'd have to go for more
than a 2-hour drive to get to the next larger one =(

Someone on-line should start a payment organization, which
works with selected dealers for such things. Yeah, it's
wishful thinking, but it'd still be nice.

At least it keeps the amount of money I'd spend on 
cels way down.
