I tried to purchase an USPS international money order for Japan today at local post office,
they tried to issue one for me, but after I waited for a few minutes, they told me that,
they no longer issue international money order for Japan, is this true?
I have purchased many USPS International money orders for Japan in the past, so I don't really understand,
I will probably have to buy one at western union.
