Cels Forum

In my search for cels I've come across some that are very 
expensive and could never be able to(or want to)buy them.  SO,
I'm looking for a place that is able to handpaint certain
pictures onto cels.  Moonshine cels used to do this, but
I'm not sure if they still are with us.  Moonshine is 
basically the type of service I'm looking for, check it out:
