This may be a silly question, but are you absolutely _sure_ you have their correct email address (cels@nichibeianime.com, I believe)? Also, have you tried them a couple of times, or from different accounts? I know that there is at least one cel dealer whose domain my mailserver at work apparently hates, since my emails disappear into the void. If I send from another account, everything is OK. Nichibei also list a phone number on their site for those desperate or nearby. I've bought a number of cels from Nichibei in the past year with no communication problems, so it seems possible to me that something weird is going wrong for you. --Atiya
