No! Hanken cels are original cels made for the
cover of a LD, CD, poster, art-book or other goods.
They are usualy of a larger format and  of better
quality as they are made for a single produce and not
for the anime.

An hanken cel is worth much more than a production
cel and they are very hard to find.
