Hello! With regards to your question, there are currently no shops in Singapore selling anime cels(from what I know^^). However, you can find some anime/manga products in Singapore(vcds, posters, etc.) But I would recommend you to shop for anime vcds and stuff in Hongkong/Taiwan, as the price there is cheaper and there is more variety. ^.^ -MasQ
