The nearest Anime shop that has cels is called Darkharbor Games
and is about 20 minutes south of Anaheim in Lake Forest.

Though my shop will probably be closed during Anime Expo
because I will be attending the convention, I can make
special arrangments to meet you there if you want to look
around. :)
