Hi all,
I'm having a bit of trouble, I placed an order for some cels at asylum anime and was told to send a confirmation. I sent one but it was 3AM in the morning and I missed that I was to send the confirmation in a sepecific format. I got the e-mail back tried again ((then re-read the e-mail and said ooops O_o)) but alas I still got it back a second time. 

Now my question is: does this have anything to do with the fact that I made a mistake or is Asylum's mail down?
