I'm very close to buy a Fushigi Yuugi cel that I just love, but I have one quick question. It has a Studio Pierrot 20th Anniversary Seal on it. Does this decrease the value or anything? Is this just something they put on some of their cels? I'm really new at this, so any help is greatly appreciated. -Brian ^_^ |
