Cels Forum

That's one of the JACML Homepage contest submissions.  A
while back we had a contest to design our homepage.  People
put up examples of what they wanted the page to look like.  I
think those links were not supposed to be connected, they
were just to show what their cels by series section would
look like.  Anyway, since that's someone else's personal
entry, I'm not going to change it (except maybe to put their
name on it if they ask).
