Dear Red,

If you are only looking for a couple of cel bags (not 100),
you should try and ask some of the cel dealers for some when
you buy cels from them.  Usually, if they have them in
stock, they will be more than happy to help you.

As for cel books, like I said in my recent post above, try
going to your nearest art store (not craft store like
Michaels who does not carry these).  Dick Blick, which I'm
not sure is a national chain or not, carries the ITOYA cel
books/art portfolios for $10.00 each, and they can help you
special order other sizes if you need.  Or, if you are
extremely talented, you can try to creat your own cel book
from scrapbook stuff sold at Michaels craft store as
Rosemary has done!
