I agree with Atiya.  Vega may take awhile to answer your
e-mail, but they are always very friendly to deal with.
Their shipping is quite prompt, so you can expect your order
to arrive within 2 weeks after you send out your payment.  I
have bought from them twice already, and I can't wait to
deal with them again!  Vega often snags some very nice and
rare cels at reasonable prices.  Unfortunately, most of the
time, I still can't afford that =(!  I hope this helps.
