Mangaya is known for being slow at shipping. If you do a search
on old messages you'll see many people have been wondering the
exact same thing you are.

When I ordered from them, both times I had to wait approximately
8 weeks or so for the cels to arrive. While they may be slow,
the do get extremely beautiful cels. You just have to decide
if the cels are worth the admittedly frustrating wait. :)
Your cels will arrive, I have little to no doubt about that.
It's just a matter of when they will arrive.
